Project Overview
StyleHub's original design was built by developers - functional but cold. We conducted user research with 40 participants, rebuilt the brand identity from scratch, and delivered a complete Figma design system with 200+ components.
The Challenge
A 2.1-minute average session duration and 73% bounce rate signaled that users weren't engaging. The visual hierarchy was poor and the checkout flow had 9 unnecessary steps.
Our Solution
We ran moderated usability tests, card sorting, and heat map analysis to identify friction points. The redesign reduced checkout to 3 steps, introduced a warmer visual language, and built a design system that cut future dev time by 60%.
