Project Overview
A media company was using 18 different SaaS tools - project management, billing, HR, analytics, CRM - that shared zero data. Every report required manual exports and reconciliation. We built a custom API integration hub that made all 18 tools talk to each other.
The Challenge
No two tools had compatible data formats. Several had undocumented APIs or required scraping. The client needed real-time sync, not nightly batch jobs.
Our Solution
We built a central Node.js integration hub with a GraphQL API that normalized data from all 18 sources. Webhooks trigger real-time sync; Redis queues handle rate limiting. A custom Swagger dashboard gives the ops team full visibility into data flows.
